The Indigenous Perspectives Society has been accredited for a period of three years for its Aboriginal Social Work Training Program from CARF International. This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards.
This one day course is perfect for organizations who are wanting to provide their staff the knowledge and training to be able to employ culturally safe communication and pursue relationship-building opportunities using culturally appropriate practices, as well as address racial comments and discrimination in and outside the workplace.
IPS is registered with the Private Career Training Institutions Agency of BC (PCTIA). PICTIA supports quality education in British Columbia's private post-secondary career training sector through regulating standards and providing protection to students. PICTIA registration status also means that training can be eligible for tuition fee tax receipts.
